Looks good. 6/10 for the lack of color.
It would've looked better if you made it darker.
I think it can be done in PS.
The bridge looks incredibly detailed and designed, but the outer areas could use more shading and detail. It also could use some clean up and would look much better if it was sharper. However, I still enjoyed the picture despite its lack of color: 6/10.
